CLA Forms
The two most active forms of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) are the cis-9, trans-11 isomer and the trans-10, cis-12 isomer.

Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) refers to a family of many isomers of linoleic acid, which are found primarily in the meat and dairy products of ruminants

May be beneficial for:

  • Improves Blood Lipids  lowering triglycerides and cholesterol levels.
  • Reductions In Body Fat
    Conjugated linoleic acid inhibits the activity of the enzyme lipoprotein lipase. Thus, CLA helps to prevent the deposition and buildup of fat in the body.
  • Enhances muscle growth -- Muscle burns fat, which also contributes to increased metabolism, which is useful in weight loss and management.
