Natural Sweeteners

 

Natural Sweetenr is produced  by using ingredients derived from fruits or other natural substances such as sugar.

 

Stevia - a remarkable noncaloric herb, native to Paraguay, has been used as a sweetener for centuries. As per the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA), stevia can be sold legally in the United States, and labled as a "dietary supplement." 

Fructose - a natural simple sugar found in fruits, honey, and vegetables.  In its pure form, fructose has been used as a sweetener since the mid 1850s and has advantages for certain groups, including people with diabetes and those trying to control their weight

Isomalutulose -a naturally occurring sugar found as a constituent of honey and sugar cane extract. Isomaltulose, is a disaccharide made from refined sugar (sucrose) using a non-GMO bacterial strain. It has a very natural sweet taste and is suitable as a non-cariogenic sucrose replacement.
