Creating your premix

Step 1 -  Setting target

We stock a complete range of over 600 ingredients among them: vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs, botanical extracts, sea plants, fibers, proteins and many other nutrients. Using our "Questionnaire form" you will be able to exactly define your target and the intended use (dairy, soft drink, bar etc). You can optionally select the ingredients, dosages, and duration for your premix or alternatively ask for our technical support.

Step 2 -  Ingredient Selection

Our highly skilled development team will evaluate the various options to formulate your premix will pick the most suitable ingredients and will define what is the best way to incorporate them together taking into account that:
Certain production processes can adversely affect the potency of certain nutrients within a blend, Ingredient reactivity and possible inter-reaction between the nutrients (or between the nutrients and other ingredients in the products), instability, sensory characteristics can cause significant problems during product development. .

Step 3 -  Suiting the premix to the intended use

The premix physical properties will be suited to any final product:  clear beverage, suspension, dry product etc.

Step 4.   Blending

Our  experienced production team will precisely formulate your premix while adhering to strict GMP protocols. The final blending process produces a homogeneous ready to use mixture.

Step 5. Packaging

Premix will be packed in the package size most suitable to you process.
